FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

For every €5 you spend, you will receive 1 point. You will receive your Purdey Savings Credit Voucher once you have accumulated 125 Purdey points.

You will receive your Savings Credit Voucher by email. It is therefore essential that we have your email address on file. If we do not yet have your email address, we recommend that you provide it during your next visit to one of our stores. You can also send your email address to Purdey customer service by email at klantenservice@purdey.nl or by phone at 073-5431488.

You can redeem your Purdey Savings Credit voucher in all Purdey stores. It is also possible to redeem your Purdey Savings Credit in the Purdey webshop. Once you have saved 125 points, you will see “show voucher” at checkout. If you click on this, you can select the savings voucher to redeem. You can only redeem one voucher per transaction.

You receive points with every purchase. When you reach 125 points, these points are automatically converted into a discount voucher worth 25 euros. The discount voucher remains valid for 1 year. When you return an item(s), the points will be deducted. If your balance falls below 125 points, the voucher you have saved will expire.

Just before your Purdey Savings Voucher expires, you will receive a reminder by email. You can find your points balance and savings credits under ‘my account’ at www.purdey.nl.

When you return one or more items, the Purdey points associated with this purchase will automatically be deducted from your Purdey Privilege Card account.

A physical privilege card is no longer necessary. You save your points digitally. When you visit the store and provide your name and address details, we can look up your details in the system. You can also view your points online by logging into your account.

I have redeemed a voucher and now want to return some items. How will this be settled?

If you have paid for an order in part with a voucher and you return an item, this will be calculated as follows:

The voucher discount will be divided proportionally across all items ordered.

If you return one item, you will receive the purchase price of this item minus the voucher discount. The points corresponding to this discount will be credited back to your account.

Example: you order 4 items and pay (partly) with a voucher:

Item A: $50 voucher discount $5

Item B: $50 voucher discount $5

Item C: $50 voucher discount $5

Item D: $100 voucher discount $10

If you return item D, you will receive EUR 90 back (the purchase amount minus the voucher discount) and the corresponding points will be credited back to your account. In this case, 50 points.

You can find your saved points in your account. When you are logged in, your balance will be displayed there.

Your Purdey points will be credited when you show your Purdey Privilege Card at the time of purchase. You can also provide your postal code and house number, which we will use to credit your points to your Purdey Privilege Card account at the checkout. If you place an order online using the same details, the points will also be credited. You also earn Purdey points during promotions, such as the Privilege promotion, Pre-Sale, and Sale.

You can redeem the Purdey Savings Credit voucher both online and in-store. With your savings credit, you will receive a EUR 25,- discount on your next purchase in the Purdey store.
